Startforth Parish Council

For historical purposes, here's a copy of a Startforth Parish Plan which was produced in 2009 by the Parish Council supported by Durham Rural Community Council.

The report was based on the views of local people from the parish and aimed to provide an overview of the community to inform service provision and future developments.

It makes interesting reading in hindsight!
